After proper diagnosis is provided, a vetted technician will start servicing accordingly. The service time will take upto 2 hours depending on work scope and hardware availability.

Yes, our home service calls can be scheduled within 4 hours lead time. However, emergency orders will be served depending on technicians availability.

Our professional Service Providers have expert and skilled technicians. If anything goes wrong after availing this service through Sheba.xyz. A tri-party investigation will be launched (which will involve Sheba.xyz, Service Provider and the Customer). After completion of a transparent investigation. Detection and rectification of the issue will be made. However, your complaint for any pre-damaged problems will not be considered.
