In case something goes wrong after your beauty service, we will conduct a transparent investigation with Sheba.xyz, the service provider, and the customer. Once the issue is fully investigated, We’ll ensure a clear and honest process to fix the issue.<br />

If anything goes wrong after availing beauty service. A tri-party investigation will be launched (which will involve Sheba.xyz, Service Provider and the Customer). After completion of a transparent investigation. Detection and rectification of the issue will be made.
